Union Defence Minister Manohar Parrikar on Monday commissioned four Indian Coast Guard vessels at port town of Vasco in Goa, which will be mainly used for patrolling and interception.
With Pakistan continuing to violate the ceasefire, Defence Minister Manohar Parrikar has directed security forces not to hold back and retaliate with "double the force".
